Yes, Larrabee Heights has a waiting list, but not everyone is ready to move in when the call comes; so, we are taking applications to build the waiting list. Curious? Larrabee Heights is in a great location, just off Main Street in Westbrook—behind City Hall. All apartments have two bedrooms, a washer/dryer hook-up, full kitchen, and an attached garage! Rent at Larrabee Heights is market rate ($895 + utilities).

Westbrook Housing is no longer accepting applications for School House at Golder Commons, one of our two family buildings. The interest in these apartments has been huge and, as of May 22, the waiting list is full.
