Spring Crossing, Westbrook Housing's newest affordable senior housing community, is accepting applications. Located along the banks of the Presumpscot River, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, banks, and other locations in the downtown Westbrook area, the multi-story building consists of 31 one-bedroom and 3 two-bedroom apartments. Amenities include:
- Heat and hot water included in the monthly rent
- A range/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher
- Fitness room
- On-site laundry
- Computer room
- Individual storage units
- Part-time resident services coordinator
Residents must be at least 55 years or older to qualify. The units will be filled by 21 senior families at 50% of area median income (AMI) and, 13 senior families at 60% AMI.
